The biggest Afrobeats festival dubbed Afro Nation is scheduled to take place between 28-30th June 2023 in Portugal.
Afro Nation has announced the headline acts for the festival including Burna Boy, US hip hop artist 50 Cent, and French-Senegalese rapper Booba. Tickets for the Afro Nation flagship show will go on sale on Thursday 26th January with a limited pre-sale available from 9 am on the Afro-Nation website.
Kenya’s Sauti Sol is also scheduled to perform at the festival alongside other African artists including Fireboy DML, Asake, Arya Starr, and French-Malian afro-pop artist Aya Nakamura.
Representing South Africa and the Amapiano sound is Scorpion Kings, the famous Major League DJz and viral phenomenon Uncle Waffles, alongside Musa Keys, Young Stunna, Daliwonga, DBN GoGo, Vigro Deep, Moonchild Sanelly, Tyler ICU, and many more.
This will be the second edition of the festival following the Afro Nation Ghana, which American rapper Meek Mill headlined.
